Volkswagen today rolled out its new Chattanooga-made Atlas sport utility vehicle at the Los Angeles Auto Show with former LA Laker great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar riding shotgun and teammate James Worthy on board, according to Bloomberg.

The Atlas, which is the biggest vehicle VW has ever produced in America, will be on display at the auto show for the next week and a half.

Production on the 2018 Atlas, which was revealed last month, is to start in December in Chattanooga with dealerships selling the vehicle this spring.
