New retail center opening in Collegedale

- Schedule: Construction should be complete by the end of September. The first retailers should open in time for the Christmas season.

- Location: On Old Lee Highway near Little Debbie Parkway in Collegedale.

- Size: 12,000 square feet in two buildings on 1.7 acres.

- Tenants: AT&T, Salsaritas restaurant, Firehouse Subs, SuperCut in one building and American Family Care walk-in clinic in the other building.

- Description: Issa, who developed another retail center across the road in 2008, said Wolftever Crossing will add needed retail, medical and restaurant development in the growing Ooltewah area. "Everybody wants to be in Ooltewah and this is a prime corner site across from Wal-Mart close to a lot of businesses and traffic," he said. "It's right in the middle of everything."
