- Adjacent properties: The new hotel is near the 78-room Hampton Inn, which opened in 2009, the 39-room Home Town Inn, which opened in 2005, and the new Farm to Fork restaurant scheduled to open later this month.
- Schedule: Construction began earlier this year and should be completed by the end of 2018.
