The travel website ThePoint Guys.com rated the top 10 domestic airlines based on customer service ratings, on-time arrivals, lost baggage claims, denied boardings and costs based upon passenger yield-per-mile statistics. The 2017 ratings, from best to worst are:

5. American Airlines

6. Southwest Airlines

7. Delta Airlines

8. Hawaiian Airlines

9. Frontier Airlines

10. Spirit Airlines
