General contractor: TRC Construction Services of Brentwood, Tenn.
Schedule: The project is slated to be completed in September.
Number of storage units: The facility will have 702 units within the buildings and 16 boat and RV surface parking spots for rent.
Consumer appeal: "This Class-A, climate-controlled facility will be a first of its kind in the market and will offer a wide variety of storage options for residents and businesses," said Chad Morrow, development manager for Johnson Development Associates. "CubeSmart is best-in-class and will ensure the highest quality customer service at this new facility."
