Name: The Pavilion at Panorama
Location: 7148 East Brainerd Road, at the corner of Panorama Drive. As many as 50,000 cars per day pass by the location, making it a profitable proposition for owners.
Status: Workers are erecting walls for the new office/retail center, as they move to meet the projected March 1 opening date. When finished, the building will feature a mountain stone facade and a bronze metal roof.
Price: $3 million
Features: Owners say they are working to bring in a credit union, a fitness studio and a high-end financial services company to the new East Brainerd location, and are hoping to acquire a breakfast/bagel/coffee shop tenant before opening. Divided up among 10 units, the 22,000-square-foot center will cost about $24 per square foot to rent. The units will range in size from 1,500 square feet to 3,000 square feet, officials say. The Pavilion likely will employ between 40 and 60 employees, said Realtor Heather Lyons Bevil.
Amenities: Workers are installing a special turn-off lane for customers entering the complex, as well as an extra left turn lane for those leaving.
