Project: The Jump Park.

Owner: Wise Properties.

Location: 1810 Chestnut St.

Size: 18,000 square feet total, 10,000 square feet of wall-to-wall trampoline.

Contractor: Wise Construction llc.

Cost: $1.2 million.

Scope: The Jump Park is a two-level fitness-oriented trampoline center with a cafe, viewing area, party room and lockers on the first floor. The second floor will include a cardio training room that overlooks the trampolines, a yoga floor and a golf simulator. The center will offer open jump times and parties for families and children as well as specialized workouts, including Zumba Air, Jump-A-Robix, Jump-Air-Roo Toddler Fitness Club and CrossFit Air classes. The center also will be available for rentals and corporate events. The trampoline area will feature air dodge ball and basketball courts as well as multiple foam pits.

Timeline: The Jump Park is expected to open by November.

Future: The park is one of multiple projects by Wise Property Management in downtown Chattanooga and the North Shore. Chattanooga Brewery will move into a new building next door and a boutique bowling and restaurant venue is going up next to the Jump Park. Wise also plans to break ground on two projects on the Southside before the end of the year.
