Scope: Located one block off Cambridge Square within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shop and yoga studio. Dedicated parking. Option custom build-out.
History: Building M is the fifth building in the Cambridge Square master plan, which will eventually include more than 20 buildings and a large residential component. Construction began a couple of years ago. Building M was started late last fall.
Future: Barrier Properties is in final negotiations with a number of tenants who require new construction. The development team anticipates starting three new buildings this year.
Timeline: Barrier anticipates a five- to six-year build-out schedule.
