* About the company: Started in 1961 and headquartered in Chattanooga, the company also has offices in Nashville, Clarksville, Tenn., and Cookeville, Tenn. It provides hydraulic systems to plants and mobile equipment such as trucks and excavators. Company sales are expected to come in at about $17 million this year.
