Delta tops airline list for fliers' complaints

Among the 16 biggest airlines, the airlines with the most complaints in 2010 for the number of passengers carried were:

1 Delta Air Lines, two complaints per 100,000 passengers

2 United Airlines, 1.64 complaints per 100,000 passengers

3 Continental Airlines, 1.48 complaints per 100,000 passengers

4 American Airlines, 1.44 complaints per 100,000 passengers

5 Comair Airlines, 1.25 complaints per 100,000 passengers

Among other airlines operating in Chattanooga, Atlantic Southeast had a complaint rate of 0.54, and American Eagle had a complaint rate of 1.03
