Sally Robinson represents City Council District 2, which includes Lupton City, North Chattanooga, Northgate, Riverview and Stuart Heights. Voters first elected Robinson in 2001. Robinson was a founding member of the Riverbend Festival and is past executive director of the Arts & Education Council. She attended the University of North Carolina and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
