The annual holiday sale and kiln opening by Mark Issenberg and Friends will be held 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 21-22, at Lookout Mountain Pottery, 3005 Plum Nelly Road, Rising Fawn, Ga. Be there for the kiln opening at noon Saturday, and you can pick out your favorite pot while you help unload the kiln. Issenberg will have a large selection of his functional stoneware and whimsical pieces for gift-giving available, along with works by his artist friends.
