In the Chattanooga Theatre Centre's MainStage production of "Miracle on 34th Street," young Susan Walker (played by Tessie Kelly) has doubts about whether Kriss Kringle (Patrick Brady) is the real Santa Claus, as he claims to be.
The musical, based on the 1947 movie where Santa takes on the cynics and wins, will open this weekend with performances at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 9-10.
Additional shows are scheduled Dec. 15-19, Dec. 20 (with a Kringle Mingle holiday buffet before the show) and Dec. 21-22.
Tickets opening night, which includes a dessert reception, are $15, $28 and $35. Subsequent shows range from $14 to $30.
