'Mamma Mia' pumps up the ABBA music at Cumberland County Playhouse

"Mamma Mia," the hit musical comedy based on the songs of Swedish supergroup ABBA, bursts onto the Cumberland County Playhouse stage this weekend, with Kellye Cash, left, and Harli Cooper starring as the mother and daughter at the center of an effervescent plot that spends 24 hours at the intersection of a daughter's future and the mother's past.

Chattanooga native Jason Ross plays one of the three men/potential fathers who've been secretly invited to the daughter's wedding.

Rated PG-13, "Mamma Mia" will open Friday, July 22, and close Friday, Sept. 9, at the playhouse, 221 Tennessee Ave. in Crossville, Tenn.

Tickets are $27 for adults, $25 for seniors, $22 for military and groups, $14 for students.
