Dalton Little Theatre will host a free screening of "Thug Brothas," a film written and directed by Shannon Terry, on Saturday, March 17. The movie was set, shot and cast in Dalton, Ga.

The film begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be followed by a talk-back with Shannon, moderated by Jeff Burr.

"Thug Brothas" tells the story of Player and Sad Girl, two young lovers born on opposite sides of a cultural divide that seems too deep to be crossed. As they try to find a way to be together, they set their two worlds on an inevitable collision course.

Anyone interested in independent film making and local film is encouraged to attend the screening and the post-screening talk-back with the cast.

Note: "Thug Brothas" contains strong adult language and adult situations.
