In search of the perfect flavor combination? Zaxby's has it. Flavor cravers can rejoice at the return of the wildly popular Zensation Zalad, brought back for a limited time through summer's end.

The Asian-inspired salad features Zaxby's chicken "fingerz" on a bed of mixed greens, red cabbage, carrots and crunchy wonton strips, all topped with an Asian slaw and drizzled with a honey sesame sauce. The "zalad" is served with a citrus vinaigrette dressing and coupled with a tasty veggie egg roll.
"Our guests are continuously telling us how much they are looking forward to the return of this salad, and it's always exciting for us to be able to surprise them," said David Burlingham, director of operations for JSB Holdings Inc., which operates the Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., Ooltewah and Soddy-Daisy Zaxby's locations plus three locations in metro Chattanooga.
In addition to the popular salad's return, Zaxby's guests can now enjoy the Coca-Cola Company's proprietary drink fountain, Coca-Cola Freestyle, at select locations. The sleek, stylish new fountain is touchscreen operated, enabling guests to select from more than 100 regular and low-calorie brands, including many carieties of flavored water, sports drinks, lemonade and sparkling beverages that, prior to the arrival of Coca-Cola Freestyle, were not available in the U.S.
Guests can experience Coca-Cola Freestyle at these Zaxby's locations -- 4815 Highway 58 and 8884 Old Lee Highway in Ooltewah -- and the restaurant chain plans to transition to it at all its locations in the future.
If you're looking for another sweet addition to your meal -- or a delightful anytime snack -- Zaxby's Chocolate Cookie Milkshake is perfect. The milkshake combines crushed chocolate cookies and rich chocolate syrup, blended and topped with whipped cream.
