Riverbend Outreach program puts performers in Puckett's

Firefall can boast three gold albums, two platinum albums and 11 chart-topping singles in a career that has spanned more than 40 years. The band's biggest hit, "You Are the Woman," has been played on commercial radio more than 7 million times. Other hits include "Goodbye I Love You," "Cinderella," "Strange Way," "Mexico" and "Just Remember I Love You." Three original members remain with the band: Jock Bartley, David Muse and Mark Andes. They're joined by longtime drummer Sandy Ficca and newcomer Gary Jones.

He has toured with Florida Georgia Line, Dustin Lynch, Nelly and Lee Brice and goes out this summer on Rascal Flatts' Rhythm & Roots Tour.

You don't always have to endure crowds and heat to see Riverbend Festival artists. Four acts will be stopping by Puckett's for more intimate shows during the week as part of Riverbend Outreach, a program that gives fans an opportunity to chat with the artists, ask questions and get autographs.

* Thursday, June 16: The Bird Dogs, 1 p.m. (Riverbend show: 7:45 p.m., TVFCU Stage

* Friday, June 17: Roger Alan Wade, 1 p.m. (Riverbend show: 8:30 p.m. TVFCU Stage, with The Last Band and Sparkle Motion)
