Bryan College 'Christmas Celebration' includes gourmet meal, concert

There will be a lot of fa-la-la-ing and good food when Bryan College Department of Fine and Performing Arts' presents its annual "Christmas Celebration" on Friday, Dec. 8.

This holiday observance combines a festive gourmet dinner in Brock Hall at 6 p.m. with a concert in Rudd Auditorium for one full night of entertainment. The concert is free; the dinner requires a ticket. Dinner reservations must be made by 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7.

"Christmas is always an exciting time at Bryan College," said Kimberly Keck, director of the Bryan College Chorale. "We are looking forward to kicking off the season with a celebration of the birth of our Savior."

The concert will feature the Bryan College Chorale, Chamber Singers, Wind Ensemble, Piano Ensemble and Orchestra performing a variety of Christmas music. This evening of Christmas favorites will include traditional and sacred Christmas anthems including "Silent Night," "O Holy Night," "Fantasia on Greensleeves" and more.

Tickets for the dinner are $20 ages 12 and older, $10 ages 5-11, free for children under 5.
