Rogers will be joined by MeLyn LadyLyn Thompson for the show, which begins at 7:30 p.m.
Nite Cap is an intimate concert series held monthly to bring live music back to the boulevard. Organizer Shane Morrow says the concert series is named for a former nightclub, the Nite Cap, which was located on the boulevard near the railroad overpass. The series is designed to showcase emerging artists as well as regional talent.
"I saw Dana performing at a restaurant. She captivated her audience. I had only planned to eat and leave, but I ended up staying two hours listening to her," says Morrow.
Rogers incorporates finger-style jazz, soul, funk, pop and folk music along with flatpicking in her shows.
