Four gospel groups will perform Saturday, Feb. 24, to help a Rossville, Ga., church raise funds for building renovations.
The benefit gospel concert will be held at Jones Memorial Baptist Church, 415 W. Gordon Ave.in Rossville, beginning at 5 p.m. Hamburgers, hot dogs and other refreshments will be sold beginning one hour prior to the concert.
The four featured acts for the benefit will be New Day Gospel, Living Right Trio, Willow Creek Quartet and The Gospel Travelers. David Massey, pastor of the church, says some church members will be included in the concert as well.
There is no admission, but Massey says a love offering will be collected.
"All proceeds benefit the church building fund," he says. "We're redoing some things inside, making interior renovations such as upgrading bathrooms."
