Landry headlines at Comedy Catch

The comedian Landry first came to the attention of Comedy Catch owner Michael Alfano about two years ago when he walked into the club and asked to do a guest spot. Alfano took a chance and gave him some time onstage and immediately became a fan.

Since then, Landry has earned fans, and a couple of titles, around the country. He won the Funniest Person in Atlanta contest two years ago, and last year he won the Boston Comedy Festival. On Saturday, he won the World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas.

Now, he is back at The Comedy Catch, 3224 Brainerd Road, to headline. He will perform at 7:30 and 10 tonight and Saturday (tickets are $14) and at 8 p.m. Sunday (tickets are $9).

Originally from Canada, Landry moved to Atlanta in 2007. His material appeals to people of all ages and walks of life.
