Lake Winnepesaukah will mark the Labor Day weekend with two concerts and the final chance to show off your swimsuit on the "wet side" of the amusement park.

• So long, SoakYa: With school back in session, the park is already on a weekends-only schedule for both the dry and wet sides, but this weekend is the last chance to make a splash at the SoakYa Water Park.

Holiday weekend hours are:

• Saturday, Aug. 30: 10 a.m.-10 p.m. for Lake Winnie, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. for SoakYa.

• Sunday, Aug. 31: noon-10 p.m. for Lake Winnie, 1-7 p.m. for SoakYa.

• Monday, Sept. 1: noon-8 p.m. for Lake Winnie, 1-6 p.m. for SoakYa.

Lake Winnie will remain open Saturdays and Sundays through September, plus Friday and Saturday nights in October for the Halloween-themed Lake WinnepeSpookah.

• Sunday concert: A favorite of Lake Winnie guests, country/hip-hop artist Colt Ford returns Sunday for the final show in the Jukebox Junction Concert Series. Performances start at 3 and 8 p.m.

Ford released his fifth studio album, "Thanks for Listening," in July, the follow-up to 2012's chart-topping "Declaration of Independence," which stayed on the Billboard Country Album charts for 58 weeks. The same year, Ford penned two No. 1 hits: Jason Aldean's "Dirt Road Anthem" and Brantley Gilbert's "Country Must Be Country Wide." Ford has sold over 1 million albums, millions more song downloads, has 1.4 million Facebook fans and more than 100 million YouTube views.

The 12 tracks on "Thanks for Listening" include collaborations with Keith Urban, Lee Brice, Justin Moore, Jerrod Niemann, Randy Houser and "Duck Dynasty's" Willie Robertson, among others.

Concert admission is included with park admission, or pay $10 for concert only.

• Monday concert: The Mom's Monday Concert Series concludes on Labor Day with the Wade Trammell Band on the Lakeside Stage.

Frontman Wade Trammell, originally of Centre, Ala., says on his Facebook page that 2014 has been an exciting year for him as an artist. Highlights have included opening for Corey Smith, receiving an unexpected phone call from Brad Paisley's executive producer and getting the chance to meet Paisley, "who to this day," Trammell says, "is the reason I first picked up a guitar." Trammell is backed by guitarists Cory Sims from Sand Rock, Ala., and Pat Kilgore from Newnan, Ga., bass guitarist Chris Buckelew and drummer Jake Cofield, both of Jacksonville, Ala.

• Regular admission: Unlimited rides in both parks, for ages 3-54, are $31.95 at the gate, $29.95 online. Children 1-2 and adults 55 and older pay $15.95 for unlimited rides but must purchase tickets at the gate for the discounted rates. Children under age 1 get in free.

Weekends in September, tickets are $26 for unlimited rides for ages 3-54, $18 for a ticket package (gate admission and value strip of 14 ride tickets; $1 for extra tickets); $10 for ages 1-2 and seniors 55 and older.

• Special offers: Labor Day is the last chance for two Monday admission freebies for military personnel and moms.

Military Appreciation Day grants complimentary admission (including rides) to active, retired and veteran service members. Family members pay regular admission rates. Mom's Monday grants complimentary admission for mothers accompanied by two children paying full price.

Continuing Sundays through Sept. 28 are McDonald's discounts worth $5 off admission for each person presenting a coupon from a participating restaurant and Sunbeam discounts worth a $3 savings for those presenting a marked wrapper of Sunbeam bread (good for up to four people).
