Bethlehem Center's Breakfast of Champions honors Willie Kitchens

A made-from-scratch breakfast and gospel music are being served up from 7:30 to 9:30 this morning, March 3, as the Bethlehem Center honors Willie Kitchens, a former member of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame group The Impressions, at its Breakfast of Champions at Tyner United Methodist Church, 2351 Hickory Valley Road.

The men of the church are in the kitchen for the annual benefit, which recognizes those in the community who donate time, gifts and talents to empower children and families in South Chattanooga.

Kitchens is an alumnus of the Beth who has returned as a volunteer.

Admission is free, but a love offering will be taken.

Proceeds go to the Bethlehem Center's after-school and summer academies.
