Mike Farris and the Roseland Rhythm Revue will headline the 12th annual International Dogwood Festival in Winchester, Tenn., this weekend, May 6-8. The band featuring the founder of the Screamin' Cheetah Wheelies plays 8-10 p.m. CDT Saturday. The festival features musical entertainment, vendors, a kids zone, teen zone. Other activities include a parade at 7 p.m. CDT Friday; a plant auction, car show, tractor show, dog show and cornhole tournament on Saturday; and a worship service Sunday morning.
