Today is the deadline for submissions to Chattanooga Zine Fest, which will be held May 13 at the Chattanooga Public Library, 1001 Broad St.

A zine, short for fanzine, is an independently or self-published book or magazine about any subject, made by anyone.

Chattanooga Zine Fest is a celebration of the independent publishing culture that offers zine-making workshops, vendors selling and trading their publications and zine readings. Chattanooga Zine Fest will host vendor tables that feature a wide range of independent zine makers. Experienced and novice self-publishers are welcome.

There is no fee for submitting. To do so, send an email to chattanoogazinefest@gmail.com with Zine Fest as the subject. Include a picture of your zine as a weblink.
