Bain Mattox, a musician, author and restaurant owner from Athens, Ga., will sign copies of his new book, "The Day the World Flipped Over," at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at Star Line Books, 1467 Market St.

This collection of family-friendly poetry is "a whole slew of lighthearted stories, quirky characters and cautionary tales," accompanied by Bain's scribbly drawings.
