Single in The City

Despite the Valentine holiday celebrating coupledom, now is a great time to be single in Chattanooga. Thanks to a happening downtown scene as well as an economy brightened by the likes of BlueCross BlueShield, Volkswagen and Alstom, the Scenic City has become increasingly attractive to the young, hip and unattached.

Weekend whereabouts: Anything outdoors; playing touch football, softball, running on the Riverwalk, hiking, etc.

Celebrity crush: Natalie Portman and Carrie Underwood.

On the bucket list: I'd love to drive across the country, stopping in all the little towns along the way.

Fantasy vacation: The South Branch Lake Camps in Seboeis, Maine. It's so quite you can literally hear yourself think.
