Metal band Lamb of God will be in concert Friday, May 17, at Track 29, 1400 Market St., along with Decapitated and Terror.
LOG's claims to fame include three Grammy nominations, a world tour with Metallica (2008-10), two Top 10 debuts in the Billboard Top 200 ("Wrath" at No. 2 in 2009 and "Sacrament" at No. 8 in 2006); multiple platinum-selling DVDs ("Killadelphia" and "Walk With Me in Hell"); an arena tour with Slipknot (2005); the main stage of OZZfest (2006) and being twice banned from the Forum in Los Angeles (once with Slipknot, once with Metallica).
The band is touring in support of seventh album "Resolution."
Tickets are $25 in advance, $28 day of show. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; the show starts at 7:45 p.m.
