The 100 Dinner will be served at 6 p.m Saturday at Crabtree Farms, 1000 E. 30th St. Seating for 100 is set up in a single line of tables in the blackberry fields. Local food, including Crabtree vegetables, Sequatchie Cove pork and River Ridge Farm beef, is served in vintage dishes on white linen. Foods will be grilled on-site by chefs Daniel Lindley of St. John's and Eric Taslimi of Table 2. Old-time trio The New Binkley Brothers will entertain. Beer, wine and nonalcoholic beverages are included in the $100 ticket cost. All proceeds fund the farm's educational and outreach programs.
