International model and health guru Lasse Larsen, founder of My Vegan Journey, a 90-day plan for adapting physically and emotionally to a plant-based lifestyle, will be the special guest at The Pure Experience / Experience 05.

The event is meant to challenge attendees with this question: If a healthy lifestyle starts from the inside out, what are you putting in your body?

It will be held 3-6 p.m. Sunday, March 30, at The Space at Warehouse Row, 1110 Market St. Doors open at 2:30 p.m.

Larsen, born in Denmark and raised in Sweden, has walked runways for top fashion designers, graced magazine covers, appeared in advertising campaigns for Diet Pepsi and Bacardi Island Breeze, among others, and was featured as a potential romantic interest on Season 2 of the VH1 reality show "What Chilli Wants."

Guests will enjoy sweets, treats and giveaways during the session, which is designed to jump-start healthy lifestyle habits using tips from Larsen and Alexis "AJ" Willis, founder of Natural Beautiful Me. Panel discussions will include redefining "natural," recognizing that beauty and health start from the inside out and that living "on purpose" is the key to a healthy lifestyle.

A marketplace will feature local vendors promoting healthful living, including Cashew, a vegan/vegetarian restaurant, and Thirst Juice, which is set to open as Chattanooga's first purveyor of cold-pressed, raw and organic juices.

Admission is $20 for adults, $10 for students. Tickets may be purchased in advance at sopure5.bpt.me (fees apply).
