College basketball will return to the Rossville Athletic Center this season.
The Georgia Northwestern College Bobcats begin play on the newly refinished court in Rossville on Nov. 1 when they host Free Will Baptist.
This year, the center will also be home to the Georgia Northwestern College volleyball team. A volleyball system has been installed in the gym where Lady Cats coach Tricia Goodwin and her squad will begin play by hosting Covenant College on Sept. 24.
Georgia Northwestern signed an agreement this summer to join the National Junior College Athletic Association and will become a member of the Georgia branch of the association
The Bobcats volleyball team and basketball teams will be hosting a free clinic for area youth later this year.
