A zoning hearing for a controversial apartment complex proposed for the 5300 block of Hunter Road is Jan. 11 at 1 p.m. on the fourth floor of the Hamilton County Courthouse.
Developers are planning a 254-apartment complex on the part of Hunter Road near the entrance to Hunter Woods and Flagstone subdivisions.
Mike Wilson, a homeowner across the street from the proposed development, said traffic on the windy, two-lane road is already too heavy.
"People in Hunter Woods can barely get out of their subdivision now. An apartment complex will only make it worse," Mr. Wilson said.
