The worshipers of the Great Coffee Bean have a new cathedral here in the 'dale. The Creamy Bean Factory opens this week in the Tractor Supply plaza, and, my, is it going to be tasty. Gourmet coffees prepared in an Astoria espresso machine and teas. Fresh-made ice creams, sorbets, and Gila-toe's for the kids or the young at heart. They will also have a fresh fruit bar, sandwiches and pastries, all with no trans fat. The owners have really done a first-class job on The Creamy Bean, so let's get out and support our local coffee shop.
