The 21st annual Chas B. Davis Memorial PRCA Rodeo in Ringgold welcomed people to Davis Cattle Company Arena July 8-9.
"This year's rodeo was very successful," said organizer Chuck Gass, of Ringgold. "We had a really good Friday night crowd and Saturday's was good as usual. We still have some bills to pay and some sponsor money to collect, so we don't have totals yet. This year the money is to benefit the FFA [Future Farmers of America] programs at Ringgold and Heritage high schools."
The rodeo is an annual fundraiser for local schools or nonprofits.
