The end of the holiday season is nigh, and admit it — you’re exhausted.

Lucky for you and yours, Chef Lin is always merry and bright. Indeed, its lights are on and its buffets are piping hot 365 days a year.

“We are always open,” said owner Tony Lin. “We never close. Not one day.”

And that includes New Year’s Day, of course.

Available daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., lunch features favorites such as baked salmon, stuffed clams, fresh sushi and made-to-order hibachi. Dinner begins at 4 p.m., when the buffet expands to include frog legs, crab legs, oysters on the half shell and award-winning coconut shrimp.

The restaurant has something for every person, and every party. Finicky eaters might try one of Chef Lin’s more American options, such as fried catfish, honey chicken, barbecue ribs and a number of soups. There are fresh fruits, salad mixes and desserts.

Chef Lin also boasts two private banquet halls, making it ideal for holiday hosting. One room accommodates up to 50 people, and the other room accommodates up to 150. Reserving either space is free.

“Just be sure to call ahead,” said Tony.
