So you’re skimming that New Year’s Eve party invitation and only now realizing you’re supposed to bring a dish? Fear not. To save your social grace, we’ve compiled a list of deliciously quick and easy snacks. Feel free to show your appreciation by making us any one of these recipes.

Marinated olives

What you need:

  • Jarred olives
  • Olive oil
  • Your choice of seasoning

What you do: In a small saucepan, warm olives and olive oil over low heat. Add seasonings such as red pepper flakes, garlic, fennel seeds or rosemary.

Spiced popcorn

What you need:

  • Popcorn
  • Butter
  • Your choice of seasoning

What you do: Pop the corn and top with melted butter and seasoning such as Old Bay or smoked paprika.

Garlic crostini

What you need:

  • Baguette
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil

What you do: Slice baguette, rub with olive oil and minced garlic. Toast.

Goat cheese log

What you need:

  • Goat cheese
  • Parsley, cilantro and/or chives, diced

  • Crackers
  • What you do: Roll the goat cheese log in diced herb blend. Serve with crackers.

    Cinnamon twists

    What you need:

    • Pizza dough
    • Cinnamon
    • Sugar

    What you do: Shape pizza dough into thin strips. Bake and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
