FEED Co. Table & Tavern first announced its expansion last February. Now, that long awaited private event space is up, running and taking reservations — just in time for the most celebrated season of all.

FEED Co.’s new space features a private entrance, bar, menu and patio, as well as an audio system and three 70-inch smart TVs. Between its exposed brick walls and heart pine community-style tables, the space’s mood is rustic yet elegant. The mirror-backed bar glitters with rows of stemware. Domed and dimpled brass chafing dishes line the room, which can accommodate parties of up to 120 people in its 2,200 square feet.

And while it’s never too early to get into the holiday party-planning spirit, there’s no harm in taking off a night — or four — to remember the current reason for the season: Football, of course.

During games held Monday through Thursday, FEED Co. is offering its “Game Changer” smoked wings special.

Also new to the restaurant’s fall menu is its “Mama Macera’s” loaded baked potato soup, named after FEED Co.’s kitchen manager’s mother. Mama Macera’s soup will be available every day throughout the season, alongside other rotating soup specials such as roasted tomato or corn chowder.

But let’s get back to that holiday spirit — which is embodied by FEED Co.’s shaken coco martini, made with RumChata, vanilla vodka, Kahlua and Godiva liqueur, and available only for a limited time. Indeed, there are many reasons to raise a glass this time of year.
