Listed for $1.25 million, the building at 7158 Lee Highway was built in 1980 and was originally used as a church. It was renovated in 1992 and converted into an educational facility with a large entry area, classrooms and labs, private offices, a break area and multi-stall restrooms.
The property is adjacent to a tract where HomeServe USA is building a 46,000-square-foot facility for its customer service operations.
Brokers said the layout could service a variety of uses, including continuing as an educational facility or conversion to a church, assembly hall or corporate or medical offices.
