What: The queso chicken burrito is a top choice at Qdoba, said general manager Sarah Switzer. "It's the queso that makes it so good," she said. It starts with a 13-inch flour tortilla topped with chicken marinated in adobo seasoning. On top are layers of a three-cheese blend queso dip with jalapeno peppers, cilantro-lime rice and "nine times out of 10 people order black beans to go on top," Ms. Switzer said. Add a scoop of fresh pico de gallo, a handful of shredded Monterey Jack cheese blend and a dollop of sour cream.
