* What: Hand-breaded chicken tenders are the specialty of the house at Wally's. They're made with the tenderloin cut, not just chopped-up breast meat, then marinated overnight and breaded with special seasonings. "They're off-the-chart good," said partner and co-owner Glen Meadows. Order them with veggies or with a salad and fries or baked potato. They're also a popular to-go order. "Groups pick them up for parties and receptions all the time," Mr. Meadows said.
