Formal Affair is the expo for anyone in the special events or bridal industry to showcase their products and services, book appointments, and establish new customer contacts. Formal Affair is the first event of its kind in Chattanooga, focusing not only on brides, but anyone planning a special event. Our goal is to help those attending the Formal Affair, plan their event in just one day! Vendors will have the opportunity to share their knowledge and expertise on the day of the show, and have quality leads to follow up with after the event.
Adding to the uniqueness of this bridal/event expo experience is the trusted brand of the Chattanooga Times Free Press. Brides, grooms and their families have all grown to trust the Chattanooga Times Free Press to deliver first-class events. Your primary target customers rely on the Chattanooga Times Free Press to publish engagement and wedding announcements that they cherish for decades. For a period of one full year, all vendors participating in this event will receive on a regular basis the engagement submissions that we receive, beginning the week following the event. These additional leads are EXCLUSIVELY AVAILABLE to our booth vendors as an additional "thank you" for participating in our 2nd Annual Formal Affair.
The Formal Affair has the print and online advertising power of the Chattanooga Times Free Press and Enchanted Brides Magazine behind its promotional efforts, as well as a robust broadcast and billboard campaign. We are thrilled to bring the 2nd Annual Formal Affair to Chattanooga, and know that you will be pleased to be a part of this amazing event! As noted above, space is limited and booths are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
