You know what they say - bigger is better. While we don't necessarily agree, we do when it comes to wide, open spaces. At 9,940 acres, Oak Mountain is Alabama's largest state park, and is located just outside the state's largest city, Birmingham. "Bigger" also applies to the list of activities offered within the park, as well as the list of accolades they've garnered.
