* Free smoking cessation workshop starts Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. The hour-long class will meet each Tuesday until March 9. The class is part of the American Cancer Society Fresh Start Tobacco Cessation Program.
* Memorial's Mobile Health Coach will be on-site today and Saturday, March 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to do mammograms. Call 495-4040 to schedule an appointment.
* A children and youth after-school program for ages 7-12, "Ways to Enhance Children's Activity and Nutrition," will begin March 8 and continue through March 29. The program meets each Monday from 3:45 to 5:30 p.m. for four weeks. The cost is $15.
Parents who have not attended a parent training workshop are required to purchase and participate in a "self-study" of the Parent Handbook, ($1.50) or inquire on how to receive a free handbook.
