THE OTHER KENNY Siskin Children's Institute has announced a change in the lineup for its annual StarNight fundraiser. Kenny Loggins, the original headliner, canceled several late summer and early fall tour dates last week, citing a medical issue. Within 48 hours, planners had booked Kenny Rogers ("The Gambler," "Lucille," "Lady") as the replacement. Rogers, who headlined the event in 2004, will squeeze in the Aug. 13 show at Chattanooga Convention Center between gigs in Quebec and South Dakota, according to Siskin officials. Guests can attend the full black-tie gala, including cocktail reception, dinner, dessert, musical performance and the after-party, for $250 per person. Eight-person tables start at $2,000. The $100 per person Star Attraction option invites guests to arrive at 8:45 p.m. to enjoy Rogers' performance and the after-party. For tickets, visit www.siskin.org/starnight or call 648--1707.
