Lauren Alaina's debut album, "Wildflower," is in stores today.

According to Dixie Owen, senior director of artist and media relations of UMG Nashville, the CD's price will vary from $9.99 to $13.99, depending on the retailer. The album may be downloaded from iTunes for $9.99.

Fans of the Rossville singer can get their copies signed by Lauren on Saturday when she makes a 1 p.m. appearance at the Fort Oglethorpe Walmart, 3040 Battlefield Parkway.

Fans can listen for Lauren's new single, "Georgia Peaches," on the radio this week. It's written by Cohutta, Ga., native Mallary Hope.

Lauren's first single, "Like My Mother Does," shot into iTunes' Top 10 singles after its release. It debuted on Billboard's Hot Country Songs at 38 and peaked at No. 20 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart.

"Like My Mother Does' means a lot to me because my mama puts up with stuff when nobody else will," Lauren said of her mother, Kristy Suddeth.

"When we argue now, I'll sing, 'Like My Mother Does,' and she laughs. She doesn't want to laugh, but she does. So this song is my way of getting out of trouble now," Lauren said.
