What to do today at HATCH 2012 in Chattanooga

Below are some of today's activities in the citywide HATCH festival:

• 7 p.m. -- Hops and Opera IV: A Tribute to Grace Moore, Hunter Museum of American Art,

10 Bluff View Ave. An evening of refreshing hops and opera will offer a treat that will appeal to aficionados and newcomers. Performers Beth DuRoy, Marianna Allen, Sara Snider Schone and Michael Mays will sing excerpts from Grace Moore's greatest roles. Free with cash bar.

• 7-8:30 p.m. -- Meet North Carolina sculptor Bill Brown, River Gallery, 400 E. Second St. A wine reception is included in festivities. Free.

• 7 p.m. -- The George T. Hunter Lecture Series featuring Michael Pollan, Tivoli Theatre, 709 Broad St. Pollan will explore how changes to the food industry in the last century have affected our health and happiness as eaters. Free.
