Concussion seminar: University of Tennessee at Chattanooga campus, University Center auditorium, 6:30 p.m., free but reservations required due to limited seating. In response to Tennessee legislation mandating that concussion education begin for athletic programs in January 2014, experts from the Chattanooga Concussion Prevention Initiative and Vanderbilt Sports Concussion Center provide information on concussion signs and symptoms, baseline testing, long-term effects, return-to-play guidelines and proper equipment fittings for parents, coaches and administrators.
