What: The Chattanooga Food Bank's Snack Pack program recently received a $20,000 donation from the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors as part of an ongoing partnership between the two organizations.

Benefits: Chattanooga Food Bank's "Snack Pack" program puts food in the hands of more than 1,000 students per week in 12 Hamilton County schools who leave school on Friday without certainty of where their next meal is coming from until the next Monday's school breakfast. Snack Packs allow teachers to discreetly put a food bag in selected childrens' backpacks each Friday. An $80 donation feeds one child for one school year.
