Indeed, with new satiating eateries opening up almost every day, it would be nearly impossible to exhaust the good food options all around us. As our city grows, so have our appetites for sustainability, small business and flavor as vast as, say, Lookout Mountain itself.
This year, we continued to challenge culinary tradition while elevating our fondness for all things "craft." Our AM's are powered by locally roasted, ethically sourced coffee beans. Our weekends are packed with brunches that offer everything from British pub fare to bananas Foster French toast. We also continue to grow our global tastes while still looking local for the freshest ingredients. Whether it's local squash blossoms stuffed with crab salad or creative sweet treats blended by local creameries, the Tennessee Valley crops incorporated are as plentiful as our varied plates - or our flights of craft brew.
