The Chattanooga Area Art Instructors Annual Show is currently on display in the Exum Gallery at St. Paul's Episcopal Church downtown.

Eight of the nearly 40 members of the group have selected some of their work for the showcase. The CAAI is open to all art instructors in the area, according to Katie Coblentz, CAAI president. Coblentz, who works with the Hamilton County school system, says the group meets monthly to share tips and ideas on ways to teach art to school kids.

"We have private school and public school teachers and even some retired teachers," she says. "We share ideas and programs that work with different kids and learning abilities."

The works on display represent all mediums and are for sale.
